Lucky33 bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 35× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 35,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal. Only bets placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements — this will be specified in each promotion.

All bets placed on Lucky33 are final once confirmed. Lucky33 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious pricing error — defined as an odds price materially different from the true market price — or a technical error on Lucky33's platform. In the event of a technical error, Lucky33 will make a reasonable determination of the correct outcome and communicate this to affected players.
Each casino game available at Lucky33 operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from the game interface. Where Lucky33's general terms conflict with individual game rules, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game. For live casino games, the rules applied by the dealer at the table take precedence over a player's claimed misunderstanding of the rules.
Lucky33's sports betting section — including cricket betting — applies standard international sports betting settlement rules. Match abandonment, no result, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and other event-specific circumstances are handled according to the rules published in the sportsbook help section. Bets on matches that are abandoned before reaching the official result threshold are voided and stakes returned.
Lucky33 may void a bet if it was placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a data feed error, if the event was cancelled before the official result threshold, or if the bet is determined to have been placed using information unavailable to the general public (inside information). Voids result in the return of the original stake to your Lucky33 wallet.

If your Lucky33 account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (deposits minus any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via the original payment method, subject to Lucky33's obligation to comply with any applicable legal holds.
You may request to close your Lucky33 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
